Whatever you hold in your mind will tend to occur in your life. If you continue to believe as you have always believed, you will continue to act as you have always acted. If you continue to act as you have always acted, you will continue to get what you have always gotten. If you want different results in your life or work, all you have to do is change your mind.

Where your thoughts go, your energy follows and the result of those thoughts is what is appearing in your life. I believe thoughts lead us in life and your emotions are the fuel. Your thoughts are mapping the course for your life. It is like a captain of a ship. He cannot reach his destination without a chart and a compass.
The same is true with your thoughts. The style of thinking that you are thinking in this moment is pointing you in a certain direction. It could be a wonderful life that is full of gratitude with happy, loving positive thoughts or it could be a life of struggle, hardship and pain with thoughts full of anger, judgment, and resentment. The choice is yours. What type of thoughts do you typically think? Is it happy or cranky? What type of life do you want to live?
Remember you can change your thoughts anytime you want. If you notice you are thinking negative thoughts pop into gratitude or appreciation.
